You can vote if

You are a Norwegian citizen, are 18 years of age before the end of 2023 and are (or have been) registered in the Central Population Register in Norway.

You are a citizen of Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Iceland, are 18 years of age before the end of 2023, and have been registered in the Central Population Register in Norway continuously for the last 3 years before election day, 11 September.

You are a citizen of another foreign country, are 18 years of age before the end of 2023, and have been registered in the Central Population Register in Norway continuously for the last 3 years before election day, 11 September.
